Fahrenheit 451 Throughout Ray Bradburys novel, Fahrenheit 451, the of outcome character, Guy Montag, conveys a sense of closed mindedness. What he is told or what he is shown is, to him, considered the right and only way. His burning of the books, his incapability to mull beyond what has been taught to him. Both baseless characters play some of the biggest parts in the novel, not by what actions they do as a character, but what influences they have upon Montag, and what thoughts they puddle into his head.
